SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed in one to two business days. Orders placed Sunday or Monday will be processed on Tuesday, except for holidays. If there are any known delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipments are shipped via ground services, we use these major carriers to ship items: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We do not ship to PO Box’s; Shipping address must be a physical address.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis. Shipping outside the continental United States to include Alaska and Hawaii will be at an additional charge

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product(s) within 30 calendar days of your purchases. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

If your product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fees

Some items we sell will have up to a 20% restocking fee if retuned by a customer. These will be larger items to include but not limited to items that are bolted on to vehicles, Roof top Tents, etc. and items that have obvious signs of usage.

Like-new condition

Items need to be retuned in like-new condition, Items that are damaged, dented, scratched or missing major contents my be denied a refund.

How to return and item

Return in store or shipped, shipping cost is the costumers responsibility. Items must be returned with original contents and packaging, you will need to have your receipt, the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo ID.

 

Refund method and timing

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on you credit card statement depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

Special considerations

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or is not the product you ordered, please contact us right away and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.

Returns lacking proof of purchase

Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited and state sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.

 

Products accessories and packaging

Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on what is missing.
